I am settling into my house after a relaxing wknd away at a friend’s cottage. While I prep for the week – making lunches, organizing my gym schedule, and prepare for patients – I took out my favourite tea pot. I don’t use this tea pot everyday. This tea pot is special. It is my favourite colour. It was hand-made. It holds medicinal teas. It was given to me by a special person, from a very intruiging shop. This Inspired tea pot happens to come to my attention when I am ready to write, ready to intend, ready to be serious about a task. It sets an Intention. I have come to learn that Routines are the Intention. And that the people who easily and readily fulfil their goals, are the ones who make routines. Everyday is special. I think I will use this Inspired tea pot daily.
